I went to Stacey's at Waterford for lunch. The Seared Ahi Salad is the top ranked salad on their menu ranked by popularity. The waitress was very friendly and the bartender recommended a Blue Moon to be paired with the Seared Ahi Salad. This was a good recommendation and having the pears and oranges gave it a nice touch. The sesame salad dressing was nice and light. There was a slight amount of goat cheese that I thought was just right. I like cheese, but on this kind of salad too much can ruin it. The tuna was seared slightly, but could have been seasoned more. The flavor in the salad makes up for that though. Overall it was a good pick and I can see why it's their top selling salad.
