It was probably one of the best tasting ahi tuna salads I've ever had. The vinaigrette with the ginger and light wasabi dressing had excellent flavor. The ahi tuna was very fresh, firm, easy to cut, and seared perfectly. It was good until the last bite. I would highly recommend. For a salad, it’s a little pricey, but it was well worth it.
