Ahi tuna salads was created by Brandon Quintana to help people find the best tasting ahi tuna salads. I started eating ahi tuna salads when I eat out at lunch. When I first started out, I had remembered it being a menu option at a lot of the restaurants I had eaten at, but now that I search for them on a regular basis, it became difficult for me to find them. Restaurants I though had them didn’t or they had something similar like an ahi steak, but not a salad. I figured I would go ahead and document all the salads I eat so I can have a central location for all them. I’ve written about the salads previously in my other blog and it recieved quite a bit of attention. I figured people were interested in the subject so creating a blog dedicated to ahi tuna salads would be beneficial for others as well.
Brandon Quintana is a web developer with 11 years of experience specializing in XHTML/CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. I'm not a professional food critic, just someone that enjoys having a good ahi tuna salad every once in a while.
History
This site is still an infant in terms of number of posts, but I'm hoping over time it will become a good resource for people. I like using sites like Yelp to help me find a place to eat and it's a good resource for finding restaurants, but it's difficult to find how good a particular menu item is at that restaurant.
